gravel parking space.  Full hookup sites -  Blue (choice of 50 or 30 amp), Orange (30amp only)
all have electric, sewer, cable and sewer. Purple sites have electric, water, and cable only.  Tent
sites are primitive. Kabin's have electric and water nearby,  Kottage's  have full bathrooms
(showers), swings, AC, refrigerator, TV. The Deluxe Kottage has a Kitchette also.  Red Carpet
Patio sites come with a deck or concrete seating area, patio table and chairs, choice of 50 or 30
amp, cable, water, swings, sewer and fire-ring with grate.

I have a Kabin or Kottage what should I bring?  Bed linens/ pillows, personal toilet Items. towels.

Can I cook in my Kabin or Kottage? All Kabins and Kottages have a fire-ring with a grate all
cooking is to be done outside. The Deluxe Kottage is the only exception.
Does the Kottage or
Kabin come with a coffee maker?
No. We think is best you bring your own coffee maker since it
is a housekeeping issue. We found that when a coffee maker that sits for an extended period (1-
2 weeks) of non-use it will have an off-taste when used.  We also sell coffee in the store.

When is checkin? After 2PM.  You will  have a better chance of having  someone present in the
office between 4PM and 7PM. Early and late in the season we are generally out on the grounds
doing maintenance.9AM-2PM we are out cleaning or on the grounds.

I'm arriving late what do I do?  First we HIGHLY recommend that you arrive before dark and
preferably before the store closes.
WHY?    When the store is open we escort folks to their site.
Our campground is dark which is preferred by a majority of campers. Finally the campground is
heavily treed and even in daylight people get lost when not familiar with the campground.
So I'm
still arriving late!
If you have a reservation,  we will leave an envelop with your name on the night
registration table with directions and map to your site.  No reservation, we have a night
registration (STATE LAW requires you register and we require DEPOSIT before entering a site)
to the front of the front door - bring flashlight.  The sites are generally marked with site numbers
on left side for pull thrus, right side for back-ins -  with the hookups. .

When is checkout? 12 Noon. No late checkouts from Kabins or Kottages . Saturdays we strictly
enforce our check-in check-out times.  Late checkouts will incur extra charges. For folks who
have stayed multiple days we allow a late 2PM check-out. Past 2PM we charge extra,

Are your sites level?    Our hands are up in the air, whats perfect for one camper is not for the
next.  We have found question to be subjective and therefore we make no claim either way.

When is the best time to reach you? Difficult to say when we would be by the phone since we
are usually running around cleaning, maintenance,  doing projects, or typing up this web-page.
Off-season it best by E-mail. Early Spring or after Labor Day 4PM-6PM.   July and August most
anytime 8AM-7PM.

Can I request a specific site? Yes. Regular returning customers (3 or more times a season) get
priority on their favorite sites   Patio sites are reservation based priority.  We try are best to
accommodate site requests and generally we do not move reservations once a site has been
requested or assigned. Multiple night reservations / registrations take precedence over one
night  stays.  However, we do not guarantee a specific site number and reserve the right to
make adjustments when we  feel it is  needed.  If you have not been here before beware of
what you ask for.

Can I choose a site when I get there? Holidays no way. Other times It depends on multiple
factors;  such as availability , length of stay and reservations.

What kind of site do you suggest? If you take a look at our site map. As a rule of thumb for our
clerks: We generally assign Bigger rigs/ Trailers/Fifth Wheels blues sites smaller campers
Orange sites back-ins and purple sites for Pop-ups.  Red carpet Patio sites for any size camper
are generally done on request only.   Keep in mind that our site prices are tiered by site and in
general a 40ft  motorhome w/tow would most likely not fit and would be unhappy with a Purple
Site.

Can we make a reservation for less then 3 days on holidays weekends? No - Memorial Day,
July 4th and Labor Day weekends.

Do you have WIfi? Yes it is for registered campers only.   We have a decent Wifi setup at the
campground

need assistance of someone? Did we invite the visitor to our home? Are they terrorist?

another campground before you come. We only want nice campers.

GUIDELINES

Your Campground, Our Home, Our Rules. We have set camper guidelines below, we know that
they are written in Babylonian, but the important part is that you may have to deal with the
grumpy enforcer of the guidelines. . All-inclusive clause for anything we did not think of, you are
a guest on our property please respect that.    Thanks

TOP CAMPER COMPLAINTS ABOUT OTHER CAMPERS - Please be courteous to your fellow
camper,

Animals and Children  should not be left unattended in the park.  Dogs must be kept leashed,
under control at all times,  PICKED up after, and not allowed to disturb the other campers.
Removal of owners with no refunds or $25 per occurrence can result.  Doggy pickup bags must
be carried and displayed at all times when walking dog.

Quiet time is 10PM, Children of all ages should be at their campsite. We do not mind if you sit at
your campsite and talk; but remember that you should behave like you are in a library after
10PM.  At all times noise (i.e. music) that can be heard at the next campsite is unacceptable.
NO public drunkenness.  Please turn out outside lights when you retire.

Obey the 5-mile hour speed limit. Children at play. Put the car or camper in first gear - it works.

No Parking: on the grass, vacant sites or blocking the roads. Driving / Parking on the grass only
creates mud and you may get stuck; at which point we will laugh.    ONE Vehicle per site or what
can fit on the gravel - use visitor parking otherwise.

TOP CAMPGROUND MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS - Your assistance in avoiding these issues
would be nice.

Pool:  NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Persons will be asked to leave the pool for any inappropriate
behavior.  This includes but not limited to; Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult,
Do not swim alone.,  NO - head first diving or flips.

Extra Vehicles and Guests must register at the office and pay the customary Guest Fees (You
would not expect them to visit you in a movie theater, pro baseball,  pro football,  etc without
paying) . All Vehicles should park in designated spots,  As a camper you are responsible for
ensuring that your guests follow the same guidelines as any other camper.

Our campsite fees are based on 2 people, one campsite, one electric hookup, one camping
unit - (which means one sleeping quarters. Additional sleeping quarters are considered a
separate campsite).

Check-in Time is after 2PM Site if available should be renewed by 11am. Check Out is 12
Noon.  No late checkouts Fridays or Saturdays allowed. No late checkouts from Kabins or
Kottages - since we need time to inspect and clean. Sunday-Thursday if you stayed two or more
days -  we will allow up to 2PM for RV and Tent sites checkout; but you must be ready to pull out
at a moments notice. (We tried this before and it caused us problems, so 2:05PM ½ day charge
