Rates and Reservations
Holiday or special event weekend rates.  Other days prices are lower and very by day.    

  • We have 7 highly desirable RV Patio Sites all are unique  but the basics include upgraded seating areas
    upgraded patio furniture, swing,  fire ring, choice of 50 or 30 amp ,  cable, water and sewer hookup. Price varies
    by site. $65 (red sites) Awning to Awning sites 100 & 102

  • RV Big Rig  Sites mostly pullthrus – long for big rigs with tow, long trailers, and big 5th wheels.  Choice of 50 or
    30 amp ,  cable, water and sewer hookup. $55 (blue)  (Back-in site 25 which is close to everything and we also
    have Awning to Awning sites).   These sites are meant for rigs that don't want to unhook.

  • RV Backin  Sites –For folks who do not need the luxury of a pullthru – most are  long for big RV’s.  50 or 30 amp,
    cable, water and sewer hookup. $49  orange  - teal $52.

  • RV Water and Electric  Sites –Fire ring, 30 amp ,  cable, and  water. (purple)
$44 Pullthrus $47 (purple)  These are meant for smaller camper vans
or pop-ups

  • Deluxe Kottage:  Full bathroom, full bed, Futon, TV, microwave Heat/AC,, swing, and refrigerator. You should
    bring linens, toilet items, special cooking gear. Sleeps 4 comfortably $160

  • Standard Kottage: Great for the gatherings, full bathroom, bunk bed, table/chairs , TV, Heat/AC,, swing, and mini
    fridge. You should bring linens and toilet items. Sleeps 4 comfortably. $115

  • Kabin 2 room – rustic KOA  Kabin full bed. 2 bunk bed setup, TV,  and, swing.. You should  bring linens and toilet
    items. Sleeps 6 comfortably $82

  • Kabin  – rustic KOA Kabin full bed. Bunk bed,  TV and  swing,  you should bring linens and toilet items. Sleeps 4
    comfortably $60

  • Tent – Tent sites -  no frills back to nature . $40  (tent symbol)
One Tent - per site - 2 adults 2 children.

Basic amenities included in all accommodations:  fire ring (w/grate  all Kottages and Kabins), and seating .All our rates
are based up to  4 people = 2 adu;ts - 2 children,   one camping unit (Yes a sleeping tent counts as a camping unit), and
one car/truck per site. Extra Folks or visitors  $5  - $10 tent sites,  Holiday Extra Vehicle charge $10

Standard Deposit and  KOA cancellation policy for non-holidays except for Kottages (where  a full stay requirement  is
required – first night is non-refundable. no refund if cancelled with a week) .

Holiday Deposit and Cancellation: 3 Night minimum no refund if cancelled within two weeks. Full amount paid/deposit
required at time of reservation. .  
Discounts with KOA Rewards Kard ONLY, can be purchase for $24.
